What is Sugar & Snout?
Sugar & Snout is a pet lifestyle and wellness brand inspired by Korean pet culture. We curate accessories, walking essentials, grooming, toys, wellness items, and pet-friendly home goods for modern pet families.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We don't offer international shipping at this time.
How long will my order take?
Most orders are prepared and shipped from our own stock. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes about 3–7 business days after that.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. See our Refund policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Do you offer personalized products?
Most of our products are ready-made. We also plan to offer selected personalized items — like pet tags and keychains — in the future.
