1. Unopened Products: Items that are unopened and in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

2. Broken or Damaged Products: If an item arrives broken or damaged, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the damaged product so we can arrange a replacement promptly.
